Your agreement with Grayline Concrete Works

By accessing or using the website and services operated by Grayline Concrete Works, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

  1. 1. Description of Services

Grayline Concrete Works provides concrete contracting services, including driveways, patios, foundations, slabs, retaining walls, and decorative finishes as described on this website. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

  2. 2. Estimates and Proposals

Written proposals describe the scope, finish selections, schedule, and price for a specific project and are valid for thirty days unless stated otherwise. Site conditions discovered after work begins, such as unsuitable soils or undisclosed utilities, may require a written change order before work continues.

  3. 3. Payment

Payment terms are stated in your written proposal. Deposits secure your place on the schedule and material orders. Final payment is due upon substantial completion unless a different schedule is agreed in writing.

  4. 4. Workmanship Warranty

We warrant our structural workmanship as described in your project documents. Concrete naturally develops fine hairline surface checks over time; these are inherent to the material and are not covered defects. Sealing and maintenance recommendations must be followed to keep any finish warranty in effect.

  5. 5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grayline Concrete Works shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our website or services. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the project giving rise to the claim.

  6. 6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any legal action shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Idaho.

  7. 7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time and will post the revised version on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
